By using this website or booking services through Live Luxe Travel LLC (“LLT”), you agree to the following terms.

1.    Advisory Services

Live Luxe Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and experience curator. We facilitate bookings with third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, tour providers, and event venues.

2.    Supplier Responsibility

All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier. LLT is not liable for:

• schedule changes
• cancellations
• supplier bankruptcy
• weather disruptions
• government restrictions
• transportation delays

3. Hosted Experiences

For hosted experiences produced by LLT:

• participation requires full agreement to published booking terms
• minimum guest counts may apply
• LLT reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary
• guests must follow all safety instructions

Specific cancellation and refund terms will be provided at booking.

4. Payments

Deposits and payments are subject to the terms stated at time of booking.

Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation.

5. Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. LLT is not responsible for losses that would be covered by insurance.

6. Website Content

All content on this website — including branding, copy, experience concepts, images, and design — is the property of Live Luxe Travel LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live Luxe Travel shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• loss of enjoyment
• missed connections
• financial losses resulting from travel disruptions

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
