SABOR EXPERIENCE TERMS

Sabor is a curated international culinary experience produced by Live Luxe Travel LLC.

By reserving a space, the guest agrees to the following:

Reservation and Payments

Reservations require payment of the stated deposit or full balance as published at the time of booking.

Payment schedules must be followed to maintain reservation status.

Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of the reservation. Any non-refundable deposits or payments will be forfeited.

Minimum Guest Requirement and Venue Flexibility

Sabor experiences require a minimum guest count to operate.

If the minimum guest threshold is not met, Live Luxe Travel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either:

• relocate the experience to an alternative villa or venue of comparable quality and experience level, OR
• cancel the experience.

Relocation of the venue or villa shall not be considered a cancellation and does not entitle guests to a refund.

Only in the event that Live Luxe Travel fully cancels the experience will guests be offered either:

• a full refund of payments made, OR
• the option to transfer funds to a future experience.

Cancellation by Guest

Because Sabor experiences involve advance contractual commitments with private villas, chefs, and local partners, all payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where Live Luxe Travel cancels the experience.

All guests are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and travel delays prior to travel.

Failure to obtain travel insurance does not alter the cancellation or refund policy.

Itinerary Flexibility

Specific accommodations, villas, chefs, excursions, or scheduled elements may be modified when necessary due to operational, safety, or availability requirements. Any substitutions will be of comparable quality and overall experience level.

Guest Conduct

Sabor is an intimate shared experience. Live Luxe Travel reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior:

• endangers others
• disrupts the experience
• violates local laws

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Liability Limitation

Participation involves international travel and physical activities.

Guests assume responsibility for their personal health, safety, and travel preparedness.

Live Luxe Travel shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed flights, supplier failures, or external travel disruptions.

Agreement

Completion of reservation and payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
