Curated wine pairings and select beverages are included during villa dinners and special events. Additional alcohol preferences may be purchased in advance or arranged upon request during your intake form or call.

While the villa is communal, every guest enjoys a private, high-quality room with their own bathroom. Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 90 days prior to travel. Flexible payment plans may be available upon request.

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to travel will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable. This is why comprehensive travel insurance is included - to protect your investment in the event of un-foreseen circumstances.

Our retreats are designed as adults-only experiences to ensure a relaxed, elevated environment for all guests. For that reason, we are unable to accommodate children.

Airport recommendations will be provided upon booking. Our team will also share preferred arrival windows and transportation details to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

To secure your place, simply submit a reservation request and complete a brief questionnaire. Within 3–5 business days, you’ll receive a detailed agreement via email outlining all key elements of the experience. Once the agreement is reviewed and counter-signed, you’ll be sent a secure payment link to complete your non-refundable 30% deposit.
